Site & Structure

The lot's subtle slope demanded precise grading and a compacted base built to protect the foundation for decades. Every framed line was verified for plumb and level, and every transition in the weather-resistive barrier was documented, flashed, and sealed to keep the shell tight and durable.

Exterior Envelope

• Engineered roof system with balanced ventilation and crisp eave lines
• Weather-resistive barrier with taped seams and flashed penetrations
• Durable siding and trim with protected terminations and defined shadow lines
• High-performance windows and doors, shimmed, flashed, and sealed to spec
